What was that story about "inventing" smoked rice again?
Patti - Only if you promise to keep it a secret.... I put rice on to cook and forgot about it until I smelt the burning (I was NOT on the telephone at the time!!). When my husband asked what was for dinner I told him it was corned beef stew with smoked rice. He loved it and came back for more (as usual!). In cooking there is no such thing as a mistake - just more successful and less successful variations on recipes ;-)

Patti - Well Catherine, its in the works right now. I've written the first set of recipes and I'm in the process of formating the pages. its taking a little time because normally I cook intuitively and now I'm testing every single recipe to make sure what I've written is what I would normally do.
