My recipes are a mix of cultures and flavours, a delicious blend of African and Western tastes. Some may perhaps be new to you and others will be interesting, fresh and exciting variations on old favourites. I often add a little creativity to put a twist on traditional dishes and make them my own.

Whether its adding a zing to a roast, or perhaps using tender lamb for a satisfying Ghanaian soup, I can help you make a simple dish become something quite special you can be proud of. And of course you can make those little adjustments to make it your dish.

I want to light-heartedly entertain you as much as share my cooking experiences and pleasures. Let's have fun together creating appealing and tasty meals with a hint of Africa and made from every-day ingredients.
