Paradise Syrup
This tangy spiced syrup has a lovely aroma that lingers.
The combined flavours of sweetness and heat liven up your tastebuds and makes them sing.
Delicious served with fruit salads, cakes, ice cream, yoghurt, breakfast porridge. Zingy with cocktails and marinades.

Ingredients: water, sugar, ginger, lemongrass, peppercorns, grains of paradise, star anise.

This all-purpose sauce is a rich blend of spicy and savoury flavours.
It's perfect with rice, pasta, vegetables, hot and colds meats, cheeses, eggs and seafood. Delicious as a sandwich spread and also serves as a dip and pizza topping.
